My name is Suzanne O'Connor and I am a

  • ​​One to one therapy for adults over 18 years.
  • ​On-line sessions using secure video link 
  • Support for clients coping with illness.
  • Working with clients who have received an illness diagnosis.
  • Supporting individuals who are living with chronic illness and/or pain.
  • Assisting those who require support in the areas of depression, anxiety and trauma; either recent or historic.
  • Helping those with issues around addiction. 
  • Providing confidential and supportive environment for clients to talk openly about issues of concern. 

​This is a professional service from a highly qualified therapist with a Postgraduate and Undergraduate Degree in Health Psychology and a Degree in Psychotherapy who is:  
  •  An accredited member with The Psychology Society of Ireland 
  • An accredited member of The Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
  • Attends regular supervision and continued professional development courses
